Cold Sunday; wet weather on the way for Brooklyn

Clouds will move in quickly, but it will be dry throughout the day with chilly temperatures near 40 degrees. Sunday night, there is a system moving in that will bring rain overnight into Monday. Expecting mainly light and moderate rainfall through the morning commute.
